Flat Rates are for ALL of your aircraft – ie: $150 covers ALL company Standard listings, not $150 each; if you list four Featured aircraft your rate is $225 per quarter, not $225 per quarter each. Standard Listings include your contact info. Featured Listings also appear at the beginning of their Make/Model and rotate on the Home Page, plus link to your website or a pdf of the aircraft specs. Company Banner Ads can be included at the top of the Make(s) of your choice. Multiple Featured aircraft listings receive a FREE Jet Dealer Page combining all listings on one page. Your page will be visible to the public at your option, and you may link to it from your website for easy inventory display. Dealer Pages can be customized with your company logo and colors. Terms and Conditions
Rates are for all your aircraft - for example, if you list four Featured aircraft, your rate is $225 per quarter for all of them, NOT $225 per aircraft.
Quarterly listings renew automatically but may be cancelled at any time after the first quarter for Featured Listings, or after six months for Standard listings - with ten (10) days written notice. You may give notice in writing or by eamil and we will respond with your cancellation number within one (1) business day.
Once JetList is notified an aircraft has a Sale Pending (non refundable Buyer deposit) we will add “sale pending” to the Special Notes section online. Listing shall be removed either upon transfer of title, or at the request of the listing party.
Listing Type Descriptions
Free Listings : We will include all information on the aircraft (subject to space limitations). Two photos may be shown, one exterior and one interior photo. Free listings do not include the Contact information or any links.
Standard Listings : We will include all of the aircraft information, including your Contact information with a direct email link. "Unlimited" Standard Listing program may include all aircraft listed under the same company name. Standard Listing programs are a minimum of a six month commitment.
Featured Listings : Include everything included in the Standard listing, plus they including a “More Info” link to either your company web address if you have an individual page for that aircraft, or to a PDF file which we will store for you. Featured Listings will appear at the beginning of their Make/Model group and rotate on the JetList Home page.
Updating ALL Listings
You may update any aircraft (free, standard or featured) as to price or availability at any time. Standard listings may be updated (including multiple changes at once) two times month. Featured listings may be updated without limitation; and if multiple aircraft are listed your company will have access to a single webpage with all your aircraft shown for easy updating.
Please allow one business day for updates and changes. If the need for a change is urgent, please note that the quickest way to have an update done is to send via the "Update Listing Free" button next to the specific jet listing, then call us to confirm receipt.
Payment
Credit Card. The JetList website is set up to accept credit card payments thru PayPal. You do NOT need a PayPal account to use your credit card, simply look for the option to use your own credit card on the PayPal page. If you have difficulties with the web payment setup, please let us know and we can make other credit card arrangements.
Check. Call us to sign up and/or pay by check. Invoices will be sent to the email provided when the listing program was setup. JetList will remove listings for non- or delayed payment at our sole discretion. Check payments to be in U.S. Dollars.
Quarterly Rate Adjustments & Cancellation
If the maximum number of aircraft listed during a given quarter changes your billing tier: billing will be decreased to the lower multi aircraft level upon 10 days notice, but raised only with your permission.
All advertising programs continue until cancelled with 10 days written or email notice. You should receive a cancellation confirmation number within one business day, if not received please contact our offices at (949) 252-1900 for your confirmation number.

This is an interactive website and while we endeavor to maintain all listings correctly, by listing with us and/or using our website you hereby agree not to hold us liable for any errors or omissions regarding information which is displayed, or not displayed, on the website for any given individual, firm or aircraft.
