1. Why should we list with JetList?
In a recent survey, clients preferred JetList 8 to 2 over any other Buyers’ site on the internet. Buyers were pleased with the ease of use and that nearly every jet for sale is shown (not just those paying for listings), plus they enjoy the My Hangar function which does not require they "log in".
Buyers are provided with a link direct to the Brokers site for Featured Aircraft. We’ve recently added the Special Notes and Engine/Airframe/Parts program sections – if you are the Broker, please be sure to Update your listing - all updates are free!
If you are ready to place a "Quick" Standarnd or Featured Listing you can do so on our Rates page and make changes or updates at a later time.
2. Is there a discount if I have multiple listings?
Multiple Featured Jet programs include a free Jet Dealer page - plus there is a 20% discount on Banner Ads. Feel free to call us at (702) 366-1500 or (877) 4-JetList if you have additional questions about rates.
3. Can you help us with aircraft photos?
The best photos are horizontal and 7 to 8 inches in width at 72dpi, in .gif or .jpg format. However, if you have a .pdf or .doc file with the photos we can also pull from them, please allow one additional business day. Feel free to send us photos or brochures by mail and we’ll scan them at no charge (include the Make/Model and Serial Number or Registration number with them, along with a self-addressed envelope if you wish them returned). We upload all photos with any copyright or watermarks still visible. Please do not submit copyrighted photos unless you have permission to use them.
4. How long does it take for changes or our new listing to appear?
Either is usually up within one business day. We need to assure information is accurate and it may take a little more time if we are unable to reach someone to verify information if it's needed.
5. Will you recommend a Broker or help us find an aircraft?
Sorry, but we cannot recommend a specific broker or aircraft. JetList is not a brokerage and does not offer individual jet acquistion services.
However, you might find our Jet Sales 101 section helpful since it has a few tips about what to look for, and what to avoid, in the purchase or sale of a jet aircraft; or check the Jet Dealers list for professional brokers which specialize in the type of jet you wish to buy or sell.
6. I’m a broker with new information (newly joined NBAA/EBAA, upgraded ICASP rating, or contact information change) - how do I update all my listings?
Just send us an email with 1) your name, 2) new affiliation or certification, and 3) the Registration or Serial Number of at least one aircraft your currently show as an exclusive listing with us. We will verify and then update all your listings within two business days. Please feel free to call us if you have a phone number change and need an immediate update.
7. Will our listing automatically renew? Can we change it before the renewal?
All listings renew automatically on a quarterly payment program. After the first quarter, advertising may be cancelled with ten (10) days written notice (which includes emails). We will send you a cancellation confirmation number, please contact our office if a cancellation number is not received within one business day.
You may update listings at any time. Brokers with multiple Featured jets will have a private dealer page setup which has all their listings on one page for quick updates. We can also arrange to update your aircraft automatically from your website, voicemail or email messages.
8. My aircraft is sold – how do I remove it from JetList? Is there a cost to reactivate later?
Congratulations! Just click on the Update button for your aircraft, or send us an email with your aircraft Make/Model/Serial Number. We will keep your information on file for 90 days after a sale is reported – and should something change – all you need to do is let us know and we will reactivate at no charge.
9. I’ve changed brokers – how do I update the Broker information?
Broker information can be changed by either the Broker or Owner/Seller with the Update button on the site. If there is any doubt as to the Broker of record, or any other specifications on the aircraft, the party who has submitted the listing fee will be considered the “go to” authority for any listing information displayed.
